Playing Catch Up

Hello Again,
I'm playing catch up this week. Has it been a busy Fall for you so far? It sure has been for me. August had the Davy Crockett Days in Lawrenceburg, TN. September had the Mountaineer Festival at Fall Creek Falls and the State Fair Sheep to Shawl. Both great fun! If you spin or weave consider putting a 4 person team together and entering for next year. I do believe the more compitition the better!

October 11, and 12 is the Meriwether Lewis Arts and Crafts Fair put on by the Maury County Arts Guild at the Meriwether Lewis State Park outside Hohenwald, TN on the Natchez Trace. The weather is always nice and this is a big Craft Fair, so come down and make a day of it. Maybe even get a little Christmas shopping done. I will be there spindle spinning and weaving both days with both fibers and finished woven items for purchase.

Keep checking back here for links to a pictures page and an articles page. I am hoping to get better accuainted with this blog thing in the near future.......... Until then please email me at roancreekweaving@yahoo.com with questions or comments....
